Swim Ladder for DS III

Postby ciscovt » Tue Sep 01, 2015 2:15 pm

Anyone had success in finding a compact fold , permanent mount swim ladder for the stern of a DS III? I am getting requests from the crew.

The Sailboat Shop in Austin, Texas sells a three and two step folding ladder. I put a three step one on my DS II. There is a picture of it in my 2013 pictures on the Tx200 website archives. I'll try to check on the ma manufacturer.

Just a follow-up. I bought a 3 rung collapsible swim ladder from Five Oceans. I appears to be just like the one Jeadstx has in a photo of his DS II. Mounted on the stern to the starboard of the rudder and works perfectly. Nice solid quality and works beautifully.
