Boom crutch height

Can anyone post dimensions for a useful boom crutch? Height of the pivot bolt above the floor for a DS II would be about the best measurement.

My boat measures about 4' from port seat back to starboard seat back. I cut sticks at about 4'3", but that looks a bit too long.
