Hello Day Sailers!
I've somehow managed to upgrade the forums to a new version of PHPBB, which was long overdue, and was somewhat forced upon me by evil forces in the Far East. Hopefully this forum will be more resistanct to attacks from spammers and the like. I believe all the old post migrated successfully so you should be able to pick up where you left off. Sorry for the down time, but we're back now, so enjoy!

We've had some picture corruption recently and I assume Bob's working on that and on getting the albums up again, if possible with the new version of phpBB.

Looks like everything else is in place, both posts and private messages, and if you look, you'll find a few handy new features...

Gonna take some time to get photos set back up. Sorry about that, but this has been a real PITA.

I bet. Upgrading always takes too much work.

Bob,

Thanks for doing this! I know it’s a pain to do this kind of stuff, especially with so many entries, as the site has.

I hate to inform you of this, but those evil forces from the East may have hacked your personal website, as well. When I clicked on your web link it was blocked as an “attack site”. I had my own small business website hacked and it was a real PITA. I’m a total amateur when it comes to webwork, so I didn’t even know I was hacked until my son, a software engineer, showed me what had happened.

The bulletin board seems to be its own entity at this point without a link to the main Daysailer website. As a quick fix you could make the Daysailer.org up in the banner a link to the main site.

Thanks again, we do all appreciate what you’re doing.
