Now, I just got back into DSs ...
And I have not read all the interesting replies here (I will ... )

I was noticing -
Do they (DS I's) have a Thwart support (port and starboard) onto the CB Trunk ? (a question of evolution of the DSs I have seen both) (A Yes or No)
Are the formed FG seats colored, or (later) are they are white FG ? (again a "Yes" or "No")
And the early rudder changed it's design (see below)

I have a very, very old rudder, It's from DS 368 !!!
How can I send a pic. ? (I don't see a method here ?)
So you can see the orig. DS rudder - it's a work of wood art :!

Now - I'll put this into the spreadsheet, if you tell me to ...
... but it's a problem of not having a Class #, and No Year - Dashaway

Evolution of this O’Day DS I -
To tell it’s age (year), and it’s Class #
(to be placed in order of the date of the changes, in the future)

Rub-Rail distance in stern (short vs longer) - Yes, It’s a short 8” distance !
Formed / Molded FG Side Seats - Yes ! (Light Blue Color)
Foam in the FG Side Seats - ?
Colored Seats (RD noted) Yes ! (Light Blue)
Matching the Light Blue Deck Color
Also matching the two Shelves color, and the Bulkhead color
Motor Well - No !
Wire Traveler - Yes (Wire is missing)
This had at least three evolutions on the DS Is
CB Trunk Shape - ? (Rounded on the back edge)
CB Trunk Main-Sheet Block - No (Believe it was added on later)
Ctr. Deck, Brass Bow Cleat (RD noted) Yes !
Floor Stringers - No
Mast Step (Screw Jack vs Tabernacle Step) - Screw Jack !
Two wood CB (thwart) supports, attached to the FG seats - Yes !
Early DS Is had this, then they did not, then it was added on later models
Rounded front edge of the Cabin (RD noticed some are “squared-off”)
But this may be when the production switches to the DS II, Etc.
Raised Bosses in the Fiberglass for the Jib Blocks, and the Halyard Cleats
Jib Cleats mounted onto the Wood Combing

_______________________________________________
Prev. DS Modifications:
Main Sheet Block & Cleat moved to Centerboard Trunk Location (previous to R)

_______________________________________________
Changes that are simply Repairs, and maybe some Upgrades:
SS Bow Plate (Orig. Brass Plate was Light Duty)
Bow Eye Moved Up (per. Previous Accident, and Re-Fiberglassing of the Stem)
Main Sheet to CB Trunk
SS Screws mounting Brass HW (Changed at some point ?)
