I bought these for my DS1 and they do not even remotely seem to fit. Are these for the DS2 or 3?

The dimension of the hull drain on older DS1's seems to be non-standard by now. Everybody carries piugs that are too big. You might like to take some calipers and measure what you actually have for an ID.

A DS1 (except a recent one) should not have an inner hull. Now, if yours is a recent DS1 with the inner hull, perhaps contact Cape Cod Shipbuilding.

Where is your drain hole?

There is one drain at the transom, and another just behind the centerboard.

I think you're right, I'll have to measure them to get the right part. I should have the originals, they just look a bit tired.

On my Daysailer1 there is only 1 drain plug located at the transom. Built in 1981 by Rebel with the inner hull. (liner ) I went to West Marine and found one made by Ronstan.

Then one behind the CB takes some standard pipe thread (I found it useless and glassed it over, but my trailer is parked on a slight slope so the rear drain works well).
