1st sail in boatshare club membership, waited for storms to clear, late start, locked out of park drive to storage lot, got dark out, demasted Spindrift DS1 on tree branch in park rigging lot Please help, what is the best way to get a mast for this boat, Spindrift Day Sailor 1 Mast 22' 2 3/4" long,, 2 1/8" wide side to side, 2 3/4" thick front to back, I have pics.

Look for another Daysailer where the hull is not worth saving. Or look for ways to repair the mast. There are older posts here that discuss sleeving a mast from the inside.

Is it a deck stepped mast? If so, I would have expected any damage to be limited to the bottom few inches. In which case, it might be acceptable to cut the damaged part off, and raise the mast support accordingly.

Mast broke up pretty high, she also bent some. Was hoping that since this site specializes in Day Sailor 1, 2, and 3s, so.eone would know how to get a new one? Or if the different manufacturers use the same mast?

D&R Marine sells Day Sailer masts as does Cape Cod Shipbuilding. Since the boat is a one-design and the specs are governed by the DS Assoc., the same mast should work on all boats. A Spindrift mast should be the same specs as an O'Day or Cape Cod Shipbuilding mast (or the other makers).

You might be able to find a mast, as Greenlake suggest, from a Day Sailer that has been parted out. My 1976 Day Sailer II has a 1958 Day Sailer I mast on it.

Dwyer Mast Company sells cut-to-length sections of mast, here:

If you can cut off part, get a replacement section, and splice them together, you'll save money on shipping as well as on the extrusion itself.

I picked the DM-284 because it's what I have on my 1980 DSII. I'd suggest measuring the dimensions and contacting Dwyer customer service to make sure you get the right one (assuming it's a Dwyer to begin with).
