Update: Looked into inspection port, not good....view from starboard side to the bow CB trunk on the LEFT

Suggestion. When you make an update, do it as a new post. That way, other users will see that there's something new.

What are you looking at in that added picture? Delaminated / rotted plywood? Or just fiberglass laminate that's been left rough?

The rotten plywood is concerning to me. Not sure how to go about the repair. I’m leaning towards cutting the floor out around the seats and CB trunk, replace the plywood, then fiberglassing the floor back in.

That seems doable. I was thinking, if you replace the plywood, you could make sure you coat it on all sides with epoxy to prevent moisture cycling.

Or you could lay up a "channel" from laminate and use that to stiffen the floor panel. Avoids future rot issues. People have used foam or even hollow forms like paper towel rolls cut in half.
