Inland waters charts

Does anyone know anything about getting charts for inland waters? I've heard that the Army Corps of Engineers has charts for all of their projects, but I've not been able to find them. I did find the "Fish-n-go" maps but they have a limited selection. I live in Eastern Washington and have good access to lots of BPA, Corps of Engineers and other resevoirs. I'd like to get charts so I don't have to find hazards by running into them.
