Does anyone have any information on the handicap difference for racing spinnaker vs. non-spinnaker?

Click on Day Sailer Association up there in the box at the top of the home page, then on Handbook, then on Part 3: Specifications and Measurement.

There's no separate handicap within the class for spinnaker or not, nearly as I can tell.

But of course I didn't look that closely because I'm never going to race. Never? Well, hardly ever.
