Boat is for sale and I'm interested. Is the damage beyond repair or too much to handle?

These boats are infinitely repairable because you can access the affected area from both inside and out.

Repair would involve grinding out all parts of the crack to where you see clear (not milky) laminate, then laminating a repair. Optionally add some stringers to reinforce the area of the floor.

This assumes that the damage is clearly localized, something that's not so easy to verify from just a picture.

Given where the damage is located, the center board could have been involved in whatever event caused the damage, so do check that out. However, even building a new CB is something that can be achieved with very reasonable effort (or some money could be spent on a factory made one). Therefore, that's not a reason by itself to reject as a project boat.
