tension on shrouds and forestay

Can anyone tell me how much tension there should be on the hrouds & forestay's? I have the turnbuckels finger tight but I am not sure if there should be any play in them.

Try looking at the north sails tuning guide available via the link on the front page of this website. That will probably help.
