Greetings Sailors;

Beachwood Yacht Club will be hosting a regatta for O'Day Mariners, Rhodes 19, Day Sailer 17 and other similar PHRF craft on 1:00 pm Sunday August 6, 2006. The official notice of race should be out soon.

We are located on the Toms River in Ocean County, NJ. There is a lift and a boat ramp available.

The course (weather permitting) will be about a half mile from the club in a protected area locally known as Windy Cove. There is little in the way of river current and tide.. There will Be a Sunday Brunch available in the morning and a cash bar in the afternoon.

Great to hear about your regatta. I'm in! I'll try to recruit a few boats from Pine Beach Yacht Club. You mentioned PHRF, but I have a feeling you'll be using the Portsmouth handicapping system. Am I correct in that assumption?
