You need to decide whether you want the line to end on starboard or port. I can't imagine that you'd need more than one fairlead. Try it out with a bit of rope, I bet you need only one, at the very most two, to get the line over to the side of the foredeck and onto the side deck on your chosen side. The angles are shallow, you probably could get away with those ring-shaped fairleads and might not need cheek blocks, for example.
Or you could put a hole in the front of the raised part of the cuddy and lead your line pretty close to the centerline of the boat to some place where it emerges at the top of your cuddy opening. That way you can operate it no matter which side is upwind, without having to sit on the very downwind side, or be forced to tack first.
I used to own a furler on another boat. It did not have much in fairleads, but the deck was flat (no raised cuddy). It went to the SB side, not a bad choice to be on SB tack when you furl, so other sailboats need to give way. Not an issue, of course, unless you sail in crowded waters. I didn't like that particular furler much, but that was because it could get stuck, and the boat was smaller and did not allow going forward to clear anything.
