Odd motor mount

Odd motor mount

Has anyone ever seen a motor mount like this?

It's on a '79 DS2.

Almost looks "stock", but I'm not sure ...

Well, there are at least 2 of these in the world, as
my 71 DS2 also has one. I never have seen the matching motor side
though....
